Regulatory status
Reeve Hayward is the brand of Layal Consulting LLC, registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC No. 02385), with its office at Office No. 1, 9th Floor, QFC Tower 1, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. It is not authorised by the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority, and its capital advisory work does not include arranging or placing capital. It is an approved service provider of Qatar Development Bank.
Terms of use
This website gives general information about Reeve Hayward and its services. It is not advice, and it is not an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or to provide any service where that would be unlawful. We act for a client only under a signed engagement letter.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of this website alone. Figures on the site are stated as at the date shown beside them.
The text, design, photographs, illustrations and the Reeve Hayward name and logo are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please ask before reproducing them.
Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Privacy notice
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or write to us, we receive your name, company, email address and the content of your message, and your telephone number and role if you give them. When you register as a buyer, we also receive the details of your organisation and the businesses you want to acquire. Apart from the visit statistics described under Cookies, we do not collect anything else through this website.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, to contact registered buyers when a sale mandate matches their criteria, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the members of our team who handle your enquiry, and by the providers of our email and website hosting, who process them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and for as long as the law requires after that.
Your rights
You may ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to have them deleted, under the QFC Data Protection Regulations and Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy. Write to info@reevehayward.com.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or similar storage and does not identify or track individual visitors. The site's fonts and images are served from our own domain. Links to Google Maps and to other websites take you to services with their own policies.
