Feasibility and business planning

We write feasibility studies, business plans and financial models for new projects and expansions, for the lenders, boards and investors who must approve them.

Our feasibility studies test demand, costs, funding and returns against market evidence, and end with a clear recommendation and the conditions that would change it.

In our business plans and models, every figure ties back to an assumption the reader can see and change.

What a study covers

A study has five parts, in the order a lender or a board reads them.

  1. Market and demand

Size, competition and pricing, from official data and market evidence.

  2. Operations and costs

How the project will run, and what it will cost to build and to operate, from quotes and benchmarks.

  3. Financial model

Monthly and annual forecasts with linked statements, funding and repayments.

  4. Returns and risks

Returns, payback, and the sensitivities that matter most to the decision.

  5. Recommendation

A clear go or no-go, with the conditions attached to it.
